		<description>they r dirtbags and so is Orbitz for offering it up.  I followed the advice here and got 4 months back (at least they SAID so, I have not received an e-mail confirmation back) and said after filling out the form that ALL prior payments would be refunded.  I feel pretty stupid because it&#039;s been going on for 2 years.  The few times I noticed the payment I thought it had to do with making travel arrangements through AmEx or something.</description>

They were very helpful and had heard several times of Reservation Rewards and webloyalty.They sure are a scam and I paid them for OVER two years.Right away they credited me $48 (that is 4 months) and I just sent away to get the rest of my money back.What a sneaky underhanded company.</description>

		<description>I purchased items through buy.com 2 years ago and I also feel quite foolish for not checking my statement more closely.  I did call them and as stated they offered to pay me back for 4 months and when I got even more upset and asked for the whole amount back they said no problem just fill out this affidavit that they would send me.  My problem is the options that you &quot;must&quot; check and none of them state that I did not sign up for this service example follows:


2. Please Check all statements below that apply to you. You must check at least one statement and you may check more than one statement: 
A. ____I knowingly enrolled for SDR, and I understood at the time I signed up that my credit or debit card would be charged if I did not cancel within thirty days. 
B.  ____I previously attempted to cancel, but was unable to do so successfully 
C.  ____I did not understand I was enrolling in a membership program for which I would be billed. 
D.  ____I understood that I enrolled in SDR but I did not knowingly authorize the billing of the fees for such program. 
E.  ____I have not reported that my credit card or debit card has been lost or stolen. 
F.  ____I have not received a credit for the charges for which I am now requesting reimbursement. 
 
My question is which option do I choose? It feels that any of the options I pick makes me responsible for this.  I appreciate this site and any info I may get.  Thanks.</description>
