I followed the advice here and got 4 months back (at least they SAID so, I have not received an e-mail confirmation back) and said after filling out the form that ALL prior payments would be refunded. I feel pretty stupid because it's been going on for 2 years. The few times I noticed the payment I thought it had to do with making travel arrangements through AmEx or something. they r dirtbags and so is Orbitz for offering it up. They were very helpful and had heard several times of Reservation Rewards and webloyalty.They sure are a scam and I paid them for OVER two years.Right away they credited me $48 (that is 4 months) and I just sent away to get the rest of my money back.What a sneaky underhanded company.
