A company by the name of WebLoyalty (aka ShopperDiscount.com & ReservationRewards.com) has been under major heat for a while now because it is basically a big scam. What happens is big web companies such as 1-800-flowers.com, Fandango, and Orbitz just to name a few (get the full list here) have customers who purchase products from them.
